Radiant Heating and Cooling Solutions

• Wet Underfloor Heating We specialise in wet underfloor systems due to their economy and versatility. The capital cost is higher but with any villa above 150m² the running cost benefit of wet systems makes too much sense to ignore. Wet systems connect to solar panels, air heatpumps, gas, ground source heatpumps or integrated with a combination of these heatsources.
• Electric Underfloor HeatingElectric underfloor heating is cheaper to install and makes sense for renovations and smaller areas. Some solutions can be laid directly under floor tiles. In larger Villas we often install electric matting in bathrooms in combination with wet infrastructure to help reduce the capital cost.

• Central Heating & Radiators Radiators are economical to install and commonly used for renovations in the Algarve and since it is a wet system it can be combined with an air-to-water heatpump such as the Mitsubishi ECODAN unit.
• Fan CoilsFancoils are the most economical and versatile way to heat and cool a renovated villa. In the much larger new build villas over 250m² they are commonly used in conjunction with wet underfloor systems making use of the same heatpump in reverse cycle or cooling mode.
