I just wanted to drop you a ‘proper’ note to thank you for the work that you and your guys did at my home in Lagos. I really appreciated your advice in terms of the installation we needed to make a cold ‘quinta in winter’ warm during the colder months, and the professionalism of both your service and the installation itself was excellent/most impressive. In particular, I really appreciated your keeping me up to date with the installation schedule/and letting me know when circumstances outside of your control delayed the original schedule (which with the best will in the world is most unusual in Portugal and much appreciated) and was particularly pleased with the no hassle/no mess installation – and the making good that was done afterwards which as you know was really important to me. I am slightly embarrassed to say that there are probably corners of my house that are cleaner after your guys’ work than prior to it!
